I can't believe how long it has been again since the last time I wrote in here. Like I said in my last post, it must be because of my job. And now I am thinking about starting Grad School, so you can just imagine how little I will get done. I am close to reaching 25,000 on the civic. I think I missed the 24,000 picture because I forgot the camera. Anyways, the real reason why I am writing is because on Monday, September 22, 2008, I finished paying Honda for the civic. So my title should be coming shortly. It took me (almost exactly) 3 years. I started paying the loan on September 26, 2005 and finished September 22, 2008. I should have waited four more days! Oh well.

I can't believe it has almost been a year since I last wrote in here. I guess that is what happens when you get a real job and don't have time to write about your car. I hit the 20,000 miles back in Feburary. 2/20/08. I was driving home from work. Here are some pictures.

I must have missed the 21,000 mark because I don't have any pictures for that. I stopped carrying my camera with me in the car, so I am sure I saw it but didn't document it! :) I hit 22,000 miles in May. 5/21/08. I don't remember where I was. I was going pretty fast though. Here are pictures for that.

big boo boo

Well after writing my post about 15,000 miles, a woman backed into my car in a parking lot. This all happened on Monday, July 16th. It's not horrible, but it is my first accident ever. It was also the lady who hit me first. So we had to wait for about 35 minutes for the Niles cop to show up and then he wouldn't get out of his minivan to take down the report. It was her fault and so her insurance is paying for my car to get fixed. I took it to Honda and it's going in on August 6th to get repaired. I will have a loaner until it's done, so we'll see what that is. Anyways, here are some pictures of the boo-boo. It's about $800 worth of damage, so nothing huge but fixable.

15,000

Well I hit the big 15,000 mile mark today doing errands and can you believe it...I didn't have my camera. I thought I was going to hit it yesterday because I was driving home from Michelle's Wedding in Wisconsin. I brought the camera up front to get the great picture but then yesterday when we were unpacking the car, I brought the camera inside to look at the pictures from the wedding. So needless to say, I didn't get the picture today. I forgot when I was going out to do all my errands that I didn't have the camera. I should take a picture of the mileage now...oh well!

14,000

June 3rd, 2007 is when I hit the big 14,000. I was on my way back from Michelle's Bridal Shower with my mom. I thought she was going to freak out again. She only let me take one picture and I had to pray that it came out good. So another highway mile stone. Sorry I haven't written in awhile. Life is crazy.

On April 27, 2007, I hit the 13,000 mile marker. I was on my way to get a pedi/mani with a friend. She didn't freak out like my mom does when I pull out my camera to take a picture of my odometer. It's all good. I was only going 45 miles per hour!

On March 14, 2007, I hit the 12,345 mile mark. I have been really bad at keeping this website up so I don't remember where I was going when this hit but I found it exciting! :)

On Feb. 21, 2007, my car hit the 12,000 mile mark. I forgot to post about it but now I am. Here are the pictures. I was going to the doctor when I hit the marker. How exciting. I know.
